Because some of our magnets are made-to-order, delivery times can vary slightly by product type:

• NFC Photo Magnets:
  These are custom programmed just for you and typically ship within 3–5 business days.
  
• Custom Picture Magnets:
  Since these are created using your photos, please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping.
  
• Premade Magnets:
  Ready-to-ship designs usually go out within 1–3 business days.

Because many of our products are made just for you, return eligibility depends on the type of magnet purchased.

Can I return an NFC magnet?

NFC magnets are custom programmed and cannot be returned or exchanged once created. However, if your NFC magnet arrives damaged or isn’t working as intended, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Can I return a custom photo magnet?

Custom photo magnets are final sale, as they are personalized with your photo or design. If there’s a printing issue, damage, or error on our end, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll happily help.

Can I return premade (non-custom) magnets?

Yes! Premade magnets may be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Oh no — that’s not the vibe 😔

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll take care of it.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If your premade item qualifies for a return, you may return it and place a new order.

How do I start a return or report an issue?

An NFC (Near Field Communication) magnet lets you open digital content with a simple tap of your phone. Tap your phone to the magnet and it instantly opens the link connected to it — no app required.

Just tap your phone to the magnet. That’s it! Your phone will automatically open the linked song, video, photo album, website, or social post.

Yes! 🙌 Our NFC magnets can be reprogrammed anytime using the NFC Tools app (available on iPhone & Android).

Mini step-by-step:

1. Download the NFC Tools app.
   
2. Open the app and tap Write.
   
3. Tap Add a record → choose URL/Link (or the type you want).
   
4. Paste your new link (Spotify, YouTube, website, etc.) and tap OK/Save.
   
5. Tap Write and hold your phone near the magnet until it confirms it’s written.
   
6. Test it by tapping the magnet again!
   

Want to erase the old link first?

In NFC Tools, go to Other → Erase tag (then repeat the steps above).
